Hannah Scott’s unique ability to bring the data into decision-making helps turn creative vision into results for Gardner Design.

A Wichita State grad, Hannah spent more than a decade mastering business systems and operational efficiency. She’s quick to dig into the numbers, turning insights into streamlined processes that elevate the entire team’s performance. Her drive to do work that matters shows up most in her ultimate goal: perfecting the client experience so everyone feels the full depth of intentionality the Gardner team brings to their work.

Hannah doesn’t fear mistakes; she always looks for the lessons and growth that accompany failure. In that way, she never fails. She just finds ways that don’t work, steps back to evaluate the lessons learned, and tackles the project from a different perspective until she achieves the results she’s after. She’s relentless. 

For Hannah, few things are more rewarding than helping others reach their goals and watching them grow along the way. That spirit was shaped by her mother, who lived with boldness and kindness—qualities Hannah now models for her own children. Off the clock, you’ll find her at home with them, alongside the chickens and cows on her little slice of heaven.
