Toni Gaston

Toni Gaston brings more than 20 years of experience in brand management, communications, and marketing, working with organizations ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

She began her career in the financial services industry before spending the past decade in the agency world, leading brand strategy and marketing efforts for clients across the U.S.

At Gardner Design, Toni focuses on helping organizations clarify who they are, what they stand for, and how their stories come to life through thoughtful brand strategy, messaging, and creative execution. Her experience spans brand research, positioning, digital marketing strategy, organic and paid campaigns, keyword research, and crafting messaging that helps brands resonate with the right audiences.

Toni is deeply involved in the Wichita community and professional development space. She is the Past President and current Treasurer of the Wichita chapter of the American Marketing Association, a Wichita Business Journal Emerging Leader, and a graduate of the 2025 Leadership Wichita class through the Wichita Chamber. She also serves on the Marketing Advisory Board for Wichita State University and the advisory board for Friends University’s Graphic Arts program.

When she’s not working or giving back to the community, you’ll find Toni at a local arcade playing pinball in pursuit of qualifying for the state championships, or training for her next half marathon—logging miles on Wichita’s running trails before sunrise.
